Hi friends,
lets try this delicious yummy starter....!
Take:
12 Prawns big size
3 Tsp Ginger paste
3 Tsp Garlic paste
2 Tsp Lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 cup Curd
1 cup Cream
3 Tsp Gram Flour
1 Tsp white Pepper
1 Tsp Ajwain (caraway)
1 Tsp Clove Powder
Before U Start:
Shell off & clean the prawns and let it dry for ten minutes.
Blend the curd & cream properly then add 3 Tsp GramFlour, 1 Tsp whitePepper, 1 Tsp clove Powder & mix it again to get a perfect marination.
Method:
Soak those peeled Prawns into the marinate, mix them well and add some salt. Freeze them for two hours by wrapping it in silver foil. Stack the Prawns one by one in the grilling stick and soft grill it for 25 minutes until you get the golden brown state.
Brush it finally with butter and Bake it for 2-3 minutes at medium (160-200 degree) temperature.

Recipe of the week - Chicken Tandoori...!

INGREDIENTS :
- 12 chicken drumsticks, without skin
- 3 tbsp tandoori paste or tandoori powder
- 3 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 1/4 c thick yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 tsp each of coriander, garam masala, cumin powder
- 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil + additional oil for grilling
- 3-4 lemons halved and chaat masala - for serving
METHOD:
1. Make gashes in the chicken legs at several places with the tip of a knife or a fork.
2. Rub the tandoori paste and the ginger garlic paste on the chicken and let the chicken to soak, by covering it in a bowl and placing it inside the fridge for an hour.
3. Stir the remaining ingredients with the yoghurt.
4. Add the yoghurt mixture to the chicken and mix well, till a uniform coloured marinade is reached.
5. The marinade should be well salted and have a distinctive flavour of ginger-garlic.
6. Push the marinade well into the gashes you made in the chicken legs.
7. Let the chicken marinate inside the fridge preferably for 24 hrs or at least for 10 hrs.
8. Grill for about 20-25 mins or until cooked, brush it with marinade several times and lastly with oil.
9. Frequently turn the chicken pieces while grilling.
10. Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle chaat masala over the grilled chicken.
Serve this scrumptious smacker hot with your favourite food and a glass of drink you prefer....!

Its always good to have a break and Lets try this Delicious Yummy Black Forest...!
Ingredients:
• 225 gms Maida (all purpose flour)
• 400 gms Sweetened condensed milk
• 2-3 tbsp Cocoa powder
• 1 tsp Baking powder
• 1 tsp Cooking soda
• 125 gms Butter
• 200 ml Aerated cola drink
• A pinch of salt
• 1 Bar dairy milk chocolate
• 250 gms Fresh whipped cream
• 10 Cherries
How to make Black Forest Cake:
• | Place a thick bottomed pan on very low flame and melt butter in it. |
• | Remove from the flame and let the butter cool. |
• | Add condensed milk and mix well. |
• | Sift maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, cooking soda and salt together. |
• | Make sure there are no lumps in the mixture. |
• | Grease a baking tray with little butter. |
• | Dust it with maida and keep it aside. |
• | Take a pan with little butter and put the maida mixture with the condensed milk-butter mixture. |
• | Now add aerated cola and mix it well. |
• | Pour the batter into the greased baking tray and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 150 degrees C in oven or in pressure pan for 35 minutes in low flame ( you can test the finish stage by inserting a toothpick/knife and see whether it comes out clean). |
• | When it is done, let it cool and then slit it horizontally into two. |
• | Whip the cream till light and fluffy. |
• | Sandwich the two layers of cake with whipped cream and designed cherries. |
• | Top with whipped cream and cherries. |
• | Grate dairy milk chocolate bar and sprinkle over the cake. |
• | Serve it chilled. |
